MANUFACTURER DEFECT

Manufacturer defect is very rare, but should it occur, is always covered with a replacement or full refund.

CUSTOMER CHANGE MIND

Returns due to "customer changed mind" are refunded minus a $15 fee.  Mat must be completely new and unopened.  Customer must ship back to Golden Pond within 10 days of receipt.

SHIPPING DELAY

Shipping delays are uncommon but can occur, especially around Lunar New Year in February/March.

FREE SHIPPING:  Free shipping orders are usually delivered in 4-6 weeks, but can sometimes take up to 8 weeks.

For delays beyond 8 weeks, customer is eligible to choose a $20 refund toward mat purchase (customer keeps mat to enjoy), or a full refund (customer must return unopened mat for full refund)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:   Expedited orders are usually delivered in 12-19 days.  For expedited orders delivered past 21 days, customer is eligible for a refund of the expedited shipping fee.
