SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING INCLUDED WITH EVERY MAT
All mats from Golden Pond Mahjong include free shipping.
Estimated time for free shipping is 4 - 6 weeks. In rare scenarios shipping could be up to 8 weeks.
Domestic tracking information is available once your mats arrive in the US and are picked up by FedEx/UPS. This means that tracking will not be available immediately, but don't be alarmed as that is normal with freight coming from overseas by ship.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Orders with Free Shipping can be canceled only within the first 24 hours.
After that, cancelation is not possible as your mat is manufactured specially for you and then shipped.

EXPEDITED SERVICE
All mats can be upgraded from Free Shipping to Expedited Service - which includes priority manufacturing for your mat plus air shipping.
The rate for upgrading is located in the shipping drop-down during checkout.
Expedited service will have your mat delivered to your address usually within 12-15 days (can be up to 21 days but this is uncommon).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Orders with Expedited Service cannot be canceled, as your mat is manufactured immediately upon placing the expedited order and then shipped via air service.
SHIPPING DELAY
Shipping delays are uncommon but can occur, primarily around Lunar New Year in February/March.

For expedited orders delivered past 21 days, customer is eligible for a refund of the expedited shipping fee.
For all orders delivered beyond 8 weeks, customer is eligible to choose a $20 refund toward mat purchase (customer keeps mat to enjoy), or a full refund (customer must return unopened mat before refund is issued)
